Justees is an up-and-coming rapper from Ghent. From the very beginning, there was an immediate connection between the three of us, which led to us developing the visual identity for his debut EP, Hersenspinsels.

Justees has a habit of collecting random thoughts in his notes, which he later revisits and transforms into lyrics. This process became the starting point for our visual approach.

We chose Post-it notes as the foundation of the identity, reflecting the spontaneous and unfiltered nature of his thoughts. We invited Justees to fill them with handwritten notes, sketches and doodles, making his own creative process an essential part of the visual language.

Combined with the photography and art direction by @salemgalas @emmersonmax, these elements came together to shape the visual world of Hersenspinsels.
